Establish Market & Investment Leadership

OVERVIEW:

Tenor’s communication strategy ensured that balanced and beneficial coverage for key themes and messages resonated across all target media segments reaching multiple, equally important, but mutually exclusive audiences.

OBJECTIVE:

Establish the firm’s leadership in healthcare investing immediately preceding a fundraising effort, directly following the spin-out of the firm from its former parent and sole-LP, Bank of America.

STRATEGY:

Tenor carefully weighed the needs of each target audience with the business objectives of tis client. We sought to cover multiple media segments carefully, making sure entrepreneurs, portfolio company executives, co-investors and limited partners each received targeted and tailored messages. In addition, we selectively pursued and staggered each item of earned media coverage to build an increasingly compelling story for the national media.
